1. YAY, YOU FILLED OUT

MY CONTACT FORM!

This is how we get the ball rolling! You even get to pick a date and time that works the best for you from my calendar. Be as detailed as you wish with the fields in this form. I will call you at your chosen time.

2. WE CONNECT :)

We get to know one another, brainstorm creative vision and talk about what you’d love for your session! We discuss digital images, and fine art investment and your goals for each. Usually a quick phone call but always down to meet for an Oat Latte!

3. YOU GET TO REVIEW

AND SIGN CONTRACT

This is exciting, you’re ready to book in a date! I will send over my booking contract for you to review and sign.

4. RETAINER PAYMENT

Once you review your booking contract a retainer fee is due to secure your date. This payment is required to ensure my services and is non-refundable.

5. WE PLAN THE DETAILS

This is when we really get to dream! We can exchange Pinterest boards, outfit selfies and really dive into the perfect time and location for our magic to take place!

6. SPEAKING OF LOCATION…

Did you know that I fully go out and scout locations prior to our session? I usually do this within 2 weeks leading up to it. If we are shooting in your home I can always swing by to preview your space with you too!

7. SHOOT DAY!!!

Get excited (as if you weren’t already) because shoot day is here! We will hang out for about 2 hours just having a fun, creative time. Don’t be afraid to speak up if you have any creative inspiration!

8. IMAGE SELECTION

We will review the images from the session. You will decide which images you absolutely cannot part with! We will talk about wall art and other fine art products so you can best display your artwork and enjoy it every day!

Reveal appointment will be scheduled into the calendar with you when you book!

9. GALLERY PURCHASE

If you are choosing to upgrade your gallery from what is included in your retainer you will be invoiced at this time. The next step begins when the invoice for the digital images is paid in full.

Wall Art purchased at this time will receive a bonus discount.

10. TIME FOR ME TO

EDIT YOUR IMAGES

I add my signature style and finesse to all of your selected images. I will retouch your skin as much or as little as you want. Don’t be afraid to make requests here. We will talk a bit about editing at our image reveal too. I am an expert at colour, light, and magic. I’ve got you.

11. GALLERY DELIVERY

Digital images that you have selected will be fully edited and delivered to you via digital download. You have the option to order prints and other fine art products right through your gallery cart!

Your Fine Art Products will be delivered to your door. Delivery times will be communicated. No Fine Art Product orders will be initiated until paid for in full.

12. LET ME KNOW

YOUR EXPERIENCE
